Why EcoLogix Group was engaged:

Today’s news cycle never ends. It is difficult to stay abreast of how your organization is being reflected to the general public and the competition. With the increased use of social media, it is a major effort to monitor where your organization is being mentioned and analyze the impact. A seaport client requested assistance in monitoring news media and social media mentions of the port for their own awareness and to deploy a rapid response when necessary.


How EcoLogix Group Responded:

Using the most sophisticated tools available, EcoLogix Group’s communications team leader and assistants monitor the seaport’s media and social media mentions in real time, analyze the significance, and notify the client of any that need immediate attention.


Outcome:     

EcoLogix Group supports this seaport client by preparing a weekly report of all social and news media mentions. As part of this support, EcoLogix Group identified key stakeholders with interest in the seaport. By reviewing and analyzing the mentions of key stakeholders in real time, EcoLogix Group is able to quickly alert the client to items that need to be responded to or addressed immediately. The client now has a better understanding of the port’s image and stakeholder opinions.
