Steve is currently the Senior Project Manager for community outreach for the Proposed Coke Point Dredged Material Containment Facility for the Port of Baltimore.  Steve also provides programmatic and policy support to the Maryland Port Administration’s executive team.  Steve’s expertise includes leading the development and implementation of environmental management systems and the development and implementation of business, communications and strategic plans.  

Prior to joining EcoLogix Group, Steve spent over 21 years at Baltimore Gas & Electric Company, and Constellation Energy, where he managed the group responsible for providing compliance assistance on a variety of regulated activities including; including air quality, climate change, hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, site assessment and remediation, community right-to-know, emergency response, groundwater, storage tanks, pollution prevention and recycling.  He brings over 31 years of experience in both public and private sector organizations managing a variety of environmental issues.   Steve has strong consensus building skills, having managed a variety of contentious issues involving citizens, elected officials, regulators, business interests and non-government organizations.  

Steve currently serves as a board member for the Alliance for the Chesapeake Bay.
