Kathy serves as EcoLogix Group’s seaport and maritime practice leader.

Her expertise includes executive management skills in the seaport and maritime transportation industry and leading multi-disciplinary teams. She was elected chair of the U.S. Seaport Delegation of the American Association of Port Authorities, and in that capacity was a leader in formulating seaport industry positions on a number of issues including environmental programs, freight issues and the harbor maintenance tax.

Kathy brings to EcoLogix over 40 years of seaport and maritime transportation experience. As Deputy Executive Director for the Maryland Port Administration, her responsibilities included a range of organizational functions including finance, planning, dredging, engineering, and human resources.

A recognized thought leader / strategic thinker, Kathy is an accomplished public speaker, equally at ease with Congressional testimony, industry forums, or citizen meetings.
