Jon supports the firm’s legal and compliance needs. In this role he works with subcontractors and clients to ensure continuity of requirements, and document protocols that are suitable to each situation. Jon is proficient in writing and editing complex technical and policy documents. He has vast experience working on complex issues involving multiple stakeholders that require careful analysis and thoughtful recommendations. He is a skilled policy analyst, facilitator and expert in understanding organizational dynamics. Jon has a deep understanding of business processes, program evaluation and organizational behavior. He manages the production of numerous documents, compiles all contributions and performs significant editing and organization of the final documents for EcoLogix Group. Jon has expertise in Maryland’s public ethics law, and is available to advise consultants and Maryland agencies on ethics matters.
Prior to joining EcoLogix Group, Jon was a Maryland Assistant Attorney General serving the Maryland Department of Licensing and Regulation, and served as principal counsel to the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration.
Jon enjoys reef diving and underwater photography. He is a master scuba diver and PADI certified dive instructor.
