Carol couples a strong science background with a deep understanding of organizational behavior and change management. She specializes in helping communities work with industrial and government partners in developing community based agreements. She also provides assistance to the Maryland State Highway Administration Recycle Materials Task Force including development of the Task Force newsletter Greener Way.
Prior to joining EcoLogix Group, Carol held executive positions within nonprofit organizations and served as an environmental management consultant to major corporations, government agencies and universities. She has over 30 years of experience nationally and internationally in the design, development and delivery of training programs and communication tools; community outreach; public meeting facilitation; strategic planning; and project management. She is a certified Environmental Trainer through the National Environmental Training Association.
Carol served on the Port of Baltimore’s Harbor Options Team; the Board of Directors and Board of Examiners of the National Environmental Training Association; and as President of the Board of Directors for the Light Street Housing Corporation.
