Marie served as EcoLogix Group’s lead project manager for the Quality Partnership Initiative (QPI), a joint effort of the American Association of Port Authorities and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. She supports the QPI efforts to develop collaborative solutions to legislative, project delivery and communication issues in the navigation community. She also leads the EcoLogix Group team in benchmarking the Port of Baltimore’s dredging program relative to other ports across the nation.
Marie brings to EcoLogix over 30 years of experience in the regulatory, planning and operations processes of the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, with focus on project management and environmental conflict resolution. As Chief of the Operations Division for the Baltimore District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, her responsibilities included operation and maintenance of more than 100 navigation projects. Marie also served as Chief of the Environmental Branch - Planning Division, and Assistant Chief of the Regulatory Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District. She has facilitated negotiations and resolution of real estate, planning and environmental issues at all levels of local, state, federal and tribal government.
